Nkiru Okpareke – Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Nkiru has over 20 years of working experience with a decade of that experience in ExxonMobil as a project and design engineer and project manager for infrastructure projects in Nigeria, the United States, Singapore, and France. She also worked as a human capital development expert and management consultant in Canada and Nigeria. She has a B.Eng in Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt and graduated top of her class with an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada. In 2015, she won an award from The Centre for Value Leadership (CVL) as an Outstanding Female Entrepreneur in the Agricultural Sector. She was selected to participate in the Cochrane Fellowship of USDA (2017) and IVLP of the US Department of State (2017).

Eme Tony-Uzoebo – Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Eme is a strategic and commercially minded entrepreneur with a strong passion to create world class businesses in the agribusiness and food production sector in Africa. She is committed to creating innovative solutions (with commercial impact) for the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
She has a global perspective and over 19 years’ experience in finance and strategy from senior roles in finance, audit, consulting and financial planning and analysis in international companies. She worked in Arthur Anderson, ExxonMobil, The IFC (World Bank). Skype (Microsoft), British Gas & Volex Group. She is a chartered accountant with a BSc in Accounting (where she graduated at the top of her class) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Eme is a NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Centre Milestone Maker and is on the Alumni Advisory Board for the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC),
